Performing at the occassion of 100 years of Czechoslovakia

October 30th  was a special day for all Slovak and Czech people. We celebrated that in 1918 Slovakia and Czech Republic became one country. Many of our dancers were born in Czechoslovakia so this event was very dear to our hearts, because even if  we are not one country anymore, we are brothers, and we still feel that our relationship is very strong and different from our relationship with other countries.

For this occasion, we were invited to dance at WIPO in an event organised by the permanent mission of the Czech Republic and the permanent mission of the Slovak Republic to the United Nations in Geneva.

We were very delighted to perform on such an important day, we enjoyed meeting new Slovak and Czech people living in Geneva and we could celebrare a century of friendship.
